Safeguarding Reviews
Book a Safeguarding Review to look at your culture, policy, practice and procedures. IFPD Safeguarding Reviews are intended to be supportive and informative in enhancing the safeguarding practice in your Primary School setting.
This may be useful to:
- Get an external view on safeguarding in your setting
- Support a DSL who is new to role
- Build an action plan for safeguarding in your setting
- Refresh your safeguarding practice
Full day Review
A full day review will include looking at a bespoke selection from the list below:
- The Single Central Record and Safer Recruitment Procedures
- Staff Training Records and Induction
- Pupil Voice interviews
- Staff interviews
- Quality of record keeping
- Effective use of CPOMs or other services
- Prevent Risk Assessment
- Bullying and Sexual Harassment incidents
- Playtimes/Lunchtimes and related physical safety
- Online Safety and filtering
- Safeguarding on the website
- Overall Safeguarding Culture
- Low Level Concerns
- Bespoke area of your choice
Half Day Review
A half day review can be bespoke including any 4-5 of the above listed items.
After the Review
You will receive a written report with action points to inform your Safeguarding Action Plan. You will also receive a FREE copy of the IFPD safeguarding audit tool to use with your governors/trustees.

Costs and other details
Cost of a half day- £350 ex VAT
Cost of a full day- £650 ex VAT
Travel costs may be added depending on distance from High Wycombe.
Reviews are carried out by an experienced DSL who has trained with the NSPCC and is an NSPCC Accredited Trainer. A written report will be provided within 10 working days
