After very positive feedback about this session in October 2024 we are delighted to bring you this year's Early Years event aimed at supporting and developing staff who are new to the Early Years again in 2025.
This was all really useful to me as I am completely new to role.
The section on understanding schema was particularly useful.
I feel like I really understand how Early Years works now.
Content of the Day
The conference will allow participants to:
- Consider the role of the adult in pupil interactions
- Develop the skills to identify what the next steps in learning are for individual pupils in the Prime Areas
- Understand what's involved in a high quality observation
About the facilitators:
Liz Jones and Kym Dawkins- Liz and Kym are both very experienced Early Years teachers and leaders, passionate about the joy of working in the Early Years . They are enthusiastic about leading and developing support staff to get the very best experience for pupils.

- Cost: £70 + VAT per person (£55 + VAT per person from schools with 100 pupils or fewer)
