DSL Specific Issue Training
Join us for this specific, child-centred course, aimed at DSLs who are following the DSL training pathway, and are in between DSL refreshers.
This session will be delivered by Victoria Morris, an NSPCC Accredited Trainer, an experienced DSL and Safeguarding Lead across the Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust.
Content of the session
Delivered face-to-face the session will cover:
- Definitions and prevalence of neglect
- Recognising the signs and indicators
- The cumulative harm of neglect over time
- The different factors in neglect including medical, educational and affulent neglect.
- Learning from cases reviews.

Cost: £70 + VAT per person (£50 + VAT per person for schools with 100 or fewer pupils)
