Jon Mason
Jon is a teacher with 27 years' experience across both primary and secondary and 15 years in senior leadership. He has been a National Leader in Education and a Behaviour Hub Lead and is currently CEO of a small primary MAT.

Victoria Morris
Victoria is a teacher with 25 years' experience in the primary sector and 12 in senior leadership. She has been a Specialist Leader in Education, a primary headteacher, and is now an NSPCC Accredited Safeguarding Trainer, a trained Safeguarding Supervisor and is currently a Trust Safeguarding Lead. She also has an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and is studying for a PGDip in ADvanced Child Protection.
