Join our Developing Middle Leadership Programme in 2024-25
Developing Middle Leadership is a programme specifically for primary teachers who would like to develop their leadership skills in managing people and change, through subject or phase/year group leadership. Participants should be new to a middle leadership role or aspire to become a middle leader in the near future.
Outline of the Programme
- 3 face-to-face sessions
- Day 1- Leading and Managing Change
- Day 2- Effective Leadership and Communication Styles
- Day 3- Managing people, Difficult Conversations and Coaching
In line with the DfE Standard for Teacher's Professional Development, the content of the programme is research based and participants will have small tasks between each session to help ensure sustained learning.
Cost of the Programme
- £280 per participant
- £250 per participant if booking more than one
- £200 per participant for schools with 100 pupils or fewer

- Sessions held at the Teaching and Leadership Centre at Chepping View Primary Academy in High Wycombe
- Sessions run from 9.30- 2pm
- Dates for 2024-25: Day 1- 11th Nov 2024, Day 2- 25th Feb 2025, Day 3- 1st May 2025
- Light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments provided
