Join our Developing Middle Leadership Programme in 2026-27
Developing Middle Leadership is a programme specifically for primary teachers who would like to develop their leadership skills in managing people and change, through subject or phase/year group leadership. Participants should be new to a middle leadership role or aspire to become a middle leader in the near future. The programme is a good stepping stone before taking on an NPQ.
In person cohort
- 3 face-to-face sessions
- Day 1- Leading and Managing Change
- Day 2- Effective Leadership and Communication Styles
- Day 3- Managing people, Difficult Conversations and Coaching
In line with the DfE Standard for Teacher's Professional Development, the content of the programme is research based and participants will have small tasks between each session to help ensure sustained learning.
Cost of the Programme
- £300 per participant
- £270 per participant if booking more than one
- £200 per participant for schools with 100 pupils or fewer
